Pineapple Cake (Quick and Easy)

You’ll Need (for the cake):

1 yellow cake mix.
1 small box of vanilla pudding mix.
4 eggs.
⅓ cup of oil.
1 (20 oz) can of crushed pineapple, divided.

You’ll Need (for the glaze):

¼ cup of butter.
¾ cup of crushed pineapple.
2 cups of powdered sugar.

How to:

Mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs oil and pineapple (set ¾ cup aside for the glaze) on medium speed for about 3 minutes.

In a greased and floured bundt pan, pour the batter and bake for 45 to 55 minutes in a preheated oven to 350°.

To make the glaze, melt the butter in a small saucepan and add ¾ cup of crushed pineapple and powdered sugar. Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved and spoon the glaze over the cooled cake.
