2 ¼ cups of flour.
1 tsp of baking soda.
¾ cup of packed brown sugar.
½ cup of softened butter.
½ cup of shortening.
¼ cup of sugar.
1 (4 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding.
1 tsp of vanilla extract.
⅛ tsp of almond extract.
2 beaten eggs.
2 cups of chocolate chips.
In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, beat together the brown sugar, sugar, butter, shortening, pudding mix, vanilla and almond extracts and mix until well combined.
Add in the eggs and mix until well blended. Mix in the flour mixture then fold in the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonful on cookie sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven to 350°.
Easy, peasy and yummy! I personally always have cookies around the house, I usually make them on extra and store them in airtight containers for later.
